Caroline K. Black recently attended the AAML Negotiation Seminar taught by Harvard Professors Robert Mnookin and Robert Bordone. The advanced seminar educated participants on the nuances of bargaining in high conflict situations according to the analytical model developed by the highly prestigious Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
Miriam E. Mason attended "The Wave of the Future of Divorce: Collaborative Family Law Training Seminar" on May 21 and 22, 2010.
Sarah E. Kay, Legal Assistant with the firm, graduated from Stetson University College of Law, St. Petersburg, FL May 2010. Sarah received her J.D., Doctor of Jurisprudence and a Masters of Business Administration.
